This album contains Xanthoula’s original compositions and lyrics, inspired by greek traditional music, orchestrated with oriental instruments. A poetical musical dialogue between Greece and India, which sounds like a mysterious fairy tale of the East.
The Anassa Ensemble assures the musical arrangements.
Reknown international musicians participate : Ourania Lampropoulou (Greece) plays the santouri, Guillaume Barraud (France) plays the indian bansuri flute, Kengo Saito (Japan) plays the indian sitar and afghan rubab, Antoine Morinau (France) plays iranian percussions zarb and daff. Guests : Prabhu Eduard (indian tablas), Sofia Efkleidou and Léonore Grollemund (cello).
